While the Program is for couples, the coaching is tailor made for each individual.
The Program focuses on all aspects of Fitness - Nutrition, Gut Health, Exercise, Daily habits and Mindset.
We keep the guidelines distinct (to cater to each individual's goals), yet common enough to minimise your time spent in meal prep. Your workouts can also be similar, so that you can assist and motivate each other.

Here's how the program works:
Step 1: Once you register, you will be redirected to a questionnaire. Kindly fill that questionnaire to get started (Please do not close the page immediately after booking). If you miss the redirected page, you will also be sent an email with the necessary links. Based on your chosen slot you will receive a link for a 30-minute video consultation with me.
Step 2: After the call, I'll send you an exercise plan and some basic tips.
Step 3: Within 2-3 working days, you'll get a customised meal plan.
Step 4: We will connect once a week, every week to monitor your progress, course correct and amend your meals and workouts as need be.
My goal is to teach you to stay fit, not just lose weight temporarily.

Note: I have a no refund policy. Your program starts when you receive your meal plan and expires after 12 weeks. Each individual can pause their plan for a week in case of some interruption to their schedule. A maximum of 2 pauses are allowed during the program.
